LEAVOY Creative Contracting has been helping homeowners and businesses create their dream spaces since 2005. Our team, led by Mike Leavoy, is experienced in new construction, additions, renovations, masonry, outdoor structures, design and project management.

Design & Construction
Let's bring the project to life! We work with clients to select finishes and finalize a plan. A 3D model of your space is created if requested. Once approved, a time-line is finalized and construction begins!
